Embroidery
Embroidery is the technique of stitching a design, normally a logo or company name, onto clothing.
When you supply your logo, our embroiderer uses specialist software to convert and optimise the image into an embroidery design. This design software produces a preview of how the logo will look when it is embroidered and this will be sent to you for approval.
Once you are completely happy with the design, your clothing is loaded onto the embroidery machines and your logo is stitched into the fabric.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is an affordable and versatile printing technique that can apply custom images to many different materials.
We offer a full screen printing service, from single colour to multi colour on almost any product. Screen printing is often more cost effective on larger run jobs, compared to alternative methods such as transfers.
Vinyl Transfer
Vinyl heat transfer has traditionally been a easy method of decorating textiles with a simple colour design or text.
There are no set up costs and it's easy to apply on most types of material and textiles. This makes it the ideal process for customising sports kits with individual names and numbers or for one-off promotional t-shirts for a stag/hen do etc.
Direct to Garment Printing
Direct to Garment Printing, or digital printing as it’s sometimes known, is the process of printing full-colour images onto garments. DTG printing can be used on both light and dark coloured garments. Using the latest printing technology and top quality DTG machines, we can print full-colour images on to a wide range of T-Shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and other clothing types.
Unlike screen printing, which can include expensive setup fees, Direct to Garment is perfect for short runs of full-colour prints onto a wide range of clothing. Our DTG services produce high-quality printed clothing within a few hours of receiving your completed order, making it the perfect printing technique for fashion, promotional, stag and hen do’s and sports team clothing.
